What can you do with it?
The forthcoming RingCut by Seishin for iPhone focuses on one job: making a short ringtone from an audio file you provide. Open the file, pick the section on the waveform and listen before exporting.
The prepared edition supports MP3, M4A, AAC and WAV, with selections up to thirty seconds. Fine-tune the start and length, add a short fade at either end and save the result as M4A.
Installation uses ringtone-sharing actions offered by iOS rather than changing system settings directly. Designed for iOS 26 and your own non-DRM-protected audio. Public download links will be added after release.
